[INSPIRE] Test services for INSPIRE Download Services via Atom ?

Hi,

Does anyone perhaps know of an online service to test the validity of a 
Atom Feed XMLs (Top Level and Data Feeds) for INSPIRE ? Something simlar 
to http://validator.w3.org/feed but then specific to INSPIRE. GDI-DE and 
Geonovum in The Netherlands do not seem to offer this. Otherwise valid 
examples are ok.
