[GRASS-de] Idee einer Stiftung - Re: Talking about an umbrella GFOSS foundation

Hallo Markus, 

bin seit einiger Zeit dabei, aus meinen spätmittelalterlichen Webergemächern 
eine Stiftung zu machen. 

Mein Stand der Erkenntnis: dazu braucht man (neben dem guten Willen :-)) ) 
einen sehr kompetenten Rechtsanwalt und einen pfiffigen Steuerberater, der 
sich auf Stifungen spezialisiert hat. Sonst bekommt man das weder 
wasserdicht noch langlebig hin. 

Bezüglich Lizenzdiskussion gilt dasselbe: das ist Thema für Juristen, die 
sich auf internationales Recht spezialisiert haben. Sonst kreisen die 
Gedanken auf ambitionierten aber sachunkundigem Laienniveau mit dem 
Ergebnis, dass die wirklich kritischen Punkte weder erkannt noch abgehandelt 
werden können. 

Sorry wenn es zu negativ klingt, aber ich habe schon Einiges an 
vertragsrechtlichen Auseinandersetzungen national/international mit ansehen 
müssen. Und das ging immer deutlich anders aus als die beteiligten Parteien 
sich das vorgestellt hatten.
