Hallo Sven, 

Welche QGIS Version meinst du denn? 

Die aktuellen Versionen verwenden die 2012er oder 2010er
Redistributables - je nach QGIS Version. 

2005er Redistributable: dann meinst du wohl eine ziemlich alte QGIS
Version. Dazwischen gab es soviel ich weiss noch die 2008er
Redistributable. 

Für Details kannst du dich aber an Jürgen Fischer (OSGeo4W/QGIS Windows
packager) wenden.
